Popular speaker
Gerhard Bley is a popular speaker at conferences, workshops and seminars. In his talks, he speaks about his own life journey, but most of all about how his crisis led to something positive: a new way of looking at life and work – Empathetic Leadership – which for most of us makes both of these two things function more effectively. The speaking engagements usually run between 45 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the client’s wishes.

Coaching
Gerhard Bley also offers assistance to management teams and other groups who would like to introduce Empathetic Leadership into their organizations. Assistance is tailored to specific needs. Gerhard Bley frequently helps with structure, planning, coaching and evaluation of the process, as well as inspiration from his own experiences with Empathetic Leadership.
